Orders and Shipping

We ship locally with as our global shipping partners. The estimated delivery times from the time of purchase can range from 7-14 business days, depending on the shipping address and nearest fulfillment center. Please allow 3-5 business days for handing time.

Detailed delivery estimates are as follows:

  • US, Canada, Mexico: 7-10 Business days
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands: 10-14 Business days
  • The Rest of the World: 15-17 Business days

Once your shipment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with a unique tracking id and expected delivery dates from your postal carrier. If you do not receive tracking details within 7 days of purchase, please check your spam folder, or contact us for further assistance.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible since the shipment might have already undergone processing.

We offer free worldwide shipping to most international locations! Our global distribution network allows us to fulfill print orders through local postal services with reliable tracking.

If you haven’t received your shipment on the expected delivery date, we recommend contacting your local shipping carrier to get assistance regarding the status of your order.

If your order is still not delivered, please file a “lost package” claim directly with the shipping carrier. Once the claim has been filed, please contact us with the claim details so we can follow up on your behalf.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the undamaged merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. Once your return has been processed, please allow for days to process your refund or exchange.

All items must be returned intact in their original packaging. Damaged and improperly packaged returns will not be accepted.

We take the utmost care to ensure that you get superior gallery quality canvases. However, if you have received damaged products, please let us know and we will initiate a refund or exchange right away!

  • Please take images of the damage, along with the front and back of the canvas. If necessary, do include the box it was shipped in (if the packaging was also damaged)
  • Get in touch with our customer support with the images, your full name and order confirmation number
  • Our staff will validate and initiate your return and refund/exchange process as soon as possible

At the moment, we do not produce custom prints. However, if you have suggestions for prints, feel free to contact us! We are always open to new ideas and feedback.

Our Lifetime Warranty means if for some reason your canvas is damaged upon delivery or you noticed defects, let us know and we’ll replace it right away or your money back satisfaction guarantee! Please contact our support team for more information.

Please allow for up to 48 hours after receipt of your return to process your refund. Refunds will be made in store credit or directly to your original payment method. The refund amount may take 5-7 days to reflect in your account, depending on your banking provider.

Our canvases are made from Superior full European Pine hardwood frames and coated with an invisible protective layer that protects each art piece against damage by UV rays, dust, and scratches.

Every mounted canvas is handmade and is passed through multiple quality checks for durability.

All canvas orders with black frames are built affixed and are not able to removed without potential damage.
