Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Our estimated delivery times from the date of order placement can vary between 7-14 days.
Shipping packages internationally are usually delivered within 30 days from the ship date through DHL or USPS Priority International.

Change of Shipping Details
To ensure fast and efficient deliveries, we request that you provide accurate shipping details while placing your order.
Once the order is out for delivery, we cannot alter or cease the shipment route. You will need to contact your shipping carrier directly to change your delivery address.
Cancellations may be made within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, you may need to initiate a return after delivery, since the shipment might already be processed and en route from our production centers.
Returns and Exchanges
We strive to make your shopping experience satisfying and hassle-free. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may apply for a return within 14 days of the date of delivery of your order.
All items must be returned undamaged and intact, within their original packaging. Please note that items that arrive damaged due to improper packaging will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Once your return is authenticated, we will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Please allow up to hours for processing before we begin your refund process.
All refunds will be made in store credit or through your original payment method. Depending on your card provider, it may take 5-7 days for the complete refund amount to be reflected in your account.
We take great precautions to ensure that you receive high-quality, durable canvas prints. However, if you have received damaged or defective products, please notify us immediately! We will begin the return process for a refund/exchange right away.
